Unlock the full potential of your motorcycle with the BT Moto Stage 1+ Performance Calibration with Handheld Tuner. Established in 2006, BT Moto has been mastering engine motorcycle management systems for nearly two decades. Their Stage 1+ Performance Calibration with Handheld Tuner allows owners to fully tune and customize nearly every facet of their motorcycles ECU.
Additional horsepower and torque from expertly crafted fuel maps are just the tip of the iceberg. The ability to edit ignition timing, speed and rev limiters, engine braking, and quickshifter timing are all but to name a few parameters which can be edited with the Stage 1+ Performance Calibration (adjustable parameters can vary based on year, make, and model).
All of this is made possible by using the BT Moto Flasher+ Handheld Tuner which makes connecting to your bike and navigating menus simple and efficient. Simply connect the Flasher+ device to your bike to download your bike's stock map. Upload the stock map to your Windows computer (using the included software) and send the file to BT Moto. They will then send you a custom flash, written by their team, for your bike which takes only a few minutes to install before you're ready to be back on the road (see instructions tab for detailed instructions).

- Windows computer required for installation.
- Requires software installation and firmware updates before use.
- Connect your bike to a battery charger or tender to ensure proper voltage while BT Moto Flasher+ Handheld Tuner is connected.
Features:
- On average, gains of 7-14HP from the midrange and up were found over the baseline on a typical exhaust/filter bike with 93 octane fuel in the tank (Larger gains with race fuel)
- Early Fan-On to 194 degrees to avoid power loss and stalling from overheating in stop and go traffic
- Changes to fueling including part, mid and full-throttle while in Alpha-N configuration per cylinder
- Optimization of ignition timing at part and mid throttle for all fuel qualities
- Changes to rev limiter per-gear tables, RPM limiter raised from 12,800RPM to 13,400RPM
- Tuono specific power and torque limiters raised to 300nm, full value
- Changes in factory unstable engine idle for stability and consistency off-throttle
- Changes to a full 100% throttle opening in all modes, versus a limited table
- Gains throughout the whole curve on all fuel qualities with no loss in power anywhere on the RPM band
- Changes to ABS, DTC, and wheelie intervention for more available power and control for a performance oriented rider
- Enabled turn signals in headlight LED's
- BT Moto recommends dropping a tooth in the front sprocket or up 2 in the back sprocket for best performance
