At Bikeonrent.org, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a fair and flexible refund and return policy in place to make sure our customers are satisfied with their rental experience.
Here’s how our policy works:
- Customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the rental bike if there are any issues or damages with the bike.
- We offer returns and refunds under the following circumstances:
- If the bike is not as described on our website
- If the bike is damaged or not in working condition
- If the bike is not delivered on the scheduled date and time.
- We accept returns within 7 days of the rental period.
- Customers can expect a refund within 14 days of returning the bike and meeting the conditions mentioned above.
- In case of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the rental period. A 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the rental period. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made on the rental day.
